We are looking for a Medical Aid Consultant to join our dynamic Wealth Department in Potchefstroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, solving problems, and making a real difference in people’s financial and healthcare well-being.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and managing your own client relationships
- Advising clients on the most suitable medical aid options
- Assisting with claims, queries, and day-to-day client support
- Handling new business and onboarding of clients
- Conducting annual reviews to ensure clients remain on the best plans
What We’re Looking For:
- Background in medical aid / healthcare consulting
- CMS registration and/or RE5 qualification
- Good understanding of medical aid products and regulations
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the medical aid industry
- Strong communication skills (Afrikaans & English)
- Computer literate and comfortable with systems
- Someone who is client-focused, organised, and reliable
